I want to bring dark into the light…
Although the summer of course thrusts light upon everything with it’s long-reaching arms, it has brought back a passion for dark things.
Dark wood furniture cluttered with dusty old books and antlers and draped with dark, heavy floral sheets.
The sunshine makes me want to retreat into the cool darkness of a wood panelled house until the evening, when it is gentle and balmy and kind.
